Beautiful pale pink colour. Intense, fresh and beautiful notes of grapefruit, fresh peach and zest. Fresh with a good balance on the freshness.

Located between the Mediterranean sea and the hills of the Thau pond. The soils are red, light texture, sand-muddy and sand clay, little rocky and relatively deep.

Direct pressing. Vinification at low temperature in order to keep the maximum of fruit character.

Food Pairing: Excellent for aperitif, with salads or Asian dishes.
