Dashwood Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

Dashwood Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

Aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, pear and melon, accented by hibiscus and a touch of cream. The palate echoes these notes with lifted strawberry, melon and lychee on a generous, creamy mid-palate, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Scale_-_Dry

Dashwood embraces the natural beauty of the coastlines and unique flora and fauna that are synonymous with New Zealand. Taking inspiration from the native Pohutukawa that flowers in summertime along New Zealand’s coastlines, our wines embody the care and respect we have for our precious environment.

Grapes were selectively harvested in and gently pressed off skins immediately. Juice was fined and settled to enhance purity before being racked and inoculated with yeast. Cool fermentation to retain vibrant fruit aromas was followed by a short amount of time on lees to build structure in the palate before blending and preparing for bottling in early October.

Food Pairing: Best paired with dishes such as fresh seafood, lamb, goats’ cheese and creamy desserts.
