De Bortoli Rosé Rosé 2021 (Australia)
- Dry style
- Watermelon
- Berries & spices
- Textural finish
Delicate fragrance of berry, watermelon and pomegranate, with a hint of spice. Rosé Rosé is a delicately structured wine with a textural dry finish.
2021 was a fantastic year to grow grapes in the King Valley. After regular rainfall events and a mild summer the grapes have ripened to their ultimate potential.
A short period of time of skin contact prior to pressing results in a delicate pale Rosé colour, then fermented and left on lees for added mouth-feel.
Food pairing: Perfect with a lovely goats cheese tart and salad, chicken terrine or barbeque prawns.
