Medium intensity cherry red in colour. Intense bouquet with ripe cherry aromas. Fresh with good acidity, soft and silky tannins. Cherries are the dominant flavour, with hints of vanilla.

Food Pairing: Typically versatile and good throughout the meal; excellent with soups, pasta and risotto. Enhances both simple food and more complicated dishes based on red meat and moderately aged cheeses.

2 x Cantina Di Monteford Soave Classico Clivus 2020 (Italy)

Straw yellow in colour with green hues. Delicate bouquet with hints of hawthorn, elderflower and violet. Dry freshness in the mouth. Full bodied with an aftertaste of bitter almond.

Food Pairing: Ideal with simple antipasti, delicate dishes, pasta with Mediterranean-style sauces, fish and soup, also as an apertif.

2 x Serenello Organic Prosecco Brut NV (Italy)

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflex. Lively perlage, intense flowery scents of acacia flowers and fruity scents of yellow apple. Good intensity. Fresh, pleasant and harmonious.

Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers and light courses with vegetables.
