Aromas of ripe crushed berries with strawberry highlights. This dry Pinot Noir Rosé has a fruit driven style with flavours of white peach and raspberry with a long lingering finish. Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will be at its best over the next two to three years.
The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The grapes spent just a few hours on skins to extract the lovely colour of pale pink, then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fresh fruit flavours.
Food Pairing: A refreshing Summer wine, to enjoy chilled on a Summer’s day or to compliment a BBQ of fresh seafood and salads.
