The Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of our much-celebrated flavour pioneer, Raspberry Gin Liqueur. Fashioned using locally sourced raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire. Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire.
Raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, we distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam.
The distillation of fresh and dried raspberries together balances the flavour of this gin, the fresh raspberries bring a fresh tart raspberry flavour, the dried raspberries impart an exquisite, sweet depth. This is all rounded off by the use of raspberry leaves that give a satisfying subtle herbal aroma and floral flavour.
Serve with a couple of raspberries and a twist of zesty lemon peel.
