This Rosé is bright and fruit-driven with notes of fresh picked strawberries and delicate cherry blossom aromas. The palate is bursting with juicy red berry flavours coupled with a rich and rounded mouthfeel.

Named after an extraordinary ship that resides on the Picton foreshore in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Built in Bengal 1853, visiting this historic East Indianman ship is a breathtaking experience, one that can only be compared to the encounter of our refreshing 2023 Rosé.

Sourced from the renowned Southern Valleys, the fruit for this wine was nurtured throughout the growing season and harvested once the grapes had reached optimum ripeness. Our winemaking team took care in crafting a Rose that was both full of fruit flavours and freshness, fermenting the fruit in cool controlled stainless-steel tanks. The Pinot Noir portion of this wine went through a second fermentation before being blended and prepared for bottling.
