Lifted passionfruit, citrus lime and grassy fennel aromas. The palate is vibrant and richly flavoured, finishing with freshness, zest and a stonking deliciousness.

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Created to deliver full bodied and mouth-filling wines, Elephant in the Room gives consumers what they want- quality, flavour and something to talk about. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

South Australian regions experienced a very dry growing season for the 2024 vintage. Frost, the lack of rain and poor weather during flowering has resulted in lower yields, however, the dry and consistent weather during picking resulted in a vintage of high-quality fruit.

Picked in the cool of the morning to maintain freshness and vitality. Fermented solely in stainless steel with a short time on lees contact for additional subtle nuance and texture whilst maintaining the ultra-important flavour and freshness. Vinified without excessive handling to enable the fruit to be as expressive as possible.
