Eva Pemper Single Vineyard Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé 2024
"Great colour and fruit intensity with aromas of fresh pear and raspberry, rose, red apple and lees. A satin touch on the palate with contrasting acidity accentuated by super fine fruit tannins and lees textures. Fleshy, fruity and dry on the finish, a wine ready to enjoy from day of purchase through end of summer 2026" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Oct 2024

"Lifted aromas of watermelon rind, strawberries and raspberry bush. The palate is medium-bodied with a textural mouthfeel and focused acidity, leading to a generous finish. Drink now" James Suckling, Jamessuckling.com
Aromas of strawberries and cream, fresh red apples and cherries. The light floral scent adds complexity. Silky, fruity and very fresh. Plenty of acidity balanced with lovely sweetness with core fruit flavours to reflect the bouquet. Ready to drink from 2024 to the end of 2026.
The grapes were machine harvested and field destemmed before being gently pressed to stainless steel holding tanks for fermentation at cool temperatures with selected yeast strains with the aim to preserve the aromatic and fruit flavours from the vineyard.
Food Pairing: Salmon, duck and dishes with salty cheese like fetta are a great choice to match. Distinct flavours of these dishes will complement and match well with this wine. The light and delicate style of this wine allows it to be enjoyed cool on its own.
