Falconhead Hawke's Bay Viognier 2023
Lifted aromas of apricot and white pear. The palate displays succulent citrus fruit and honeysuckle flavours with gentle acidity and a persistent, balanced finish. This wine is drinking well now but can be cellared for up to 5 years.

The grapes for this wine came from our Tantallon and Campbells Brook vineyards in Hawke's Bay.
They were machine harvested and transported to our Riverview winery where they were pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A variety of yeasts were used but predominantly 58W3. Following maturation and settling in tank the wine was tankered to our Katikati winery for final blending, finishing, and bottling.
