Farm Hand Monash Valley Organic Pinot Noir 2025 (Australia)
Pure and vibrant, offering aromas of crushed red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of rose petal. The palate is light-bodied with juicy red fruit flavours, lively acidity, and a whisper of spice from the grape’s natural character.
The Farm Hand wines are grown by the Grigoriou family, fourth generation wine growers, from almost one hundred acres of Organic Vineyards in the Monash Valley of South Australia.
The 2025 vintage was defined by an early, fast-paced harvest due to spring frosts, drought, and intense summer heat. Yields were down, but fruit quality was excellent, with concentrated flavours and natural acidity. Red wines show richness and depth, while whites maintain freshness and balance.
Fully de-stemmed before fermentation in a mix of open and closed tanks. The wine was primarily vinified without the influence of oak for maximum fruit expression before blending with a component aged in three and four year old French oak.
