Faultline Marlborough Pinot Gris 2025
"It's elegantly aromatic on the nose, with ripe pear, rockmelon, and floral notes, followed by a smooth, juicy palate. Well-rounded and youthfully charming with an attractive, succulent finish" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2026

Pale straw in colour with lifted aromas of vanilla and French pear with just a hint of warm pastry. The palate exhibits saucy spiced pears, creamy vanilla custard, and a snap of minerality on the finish.
The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and gently pressed at the winery. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain the delicate fruit aromatics. Prior to blending, the wine was kept on light lees to help build a creamy texture and complexity on the palate, the wine was then blended and stabilised before being carefully bottled.
Drinking easily from release, this pleasing Pinot Gris will continue to satisfy for the next three years.
