This wine displays and intense and bright rosé colour in the glass, a transparent pink. This is further enhanced through aromas of red berries, raspberries and redcurrants. The palate is a fresh and lively attack, the wine showcases a lot of freshness & roundness. A lasting touch of strawberry and raspberry with a lot of minerality on the finish. Dry style.

Food Pairing: Brilliant with BBQ and grilled meats, especially a pulled smoked pork taco.

2 x Ferraton Côtes Du Rhône Samorëns Blanc 2021 (France)

Bright, pale golden colour with silver hints and aromas of white flowers and white fruits. The palate is nicely balanced, the Clairette brings the freshness and the white Grenache brings the body and softness.

2 x Ferraton Côtes Du Rhône Samörens Rouge 2020 (France)

A rich garnet core with ruby reflects in the glass, this wine presents aromas of very ripe red fruits on the nose. The palate is nicely structured with notes of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and liquorice. The finish is long and supple, with hints of herb and baking spices.

Food Pairing: Pairs fabulously with rustic French fare such as roasted red meat dishes or mature cheese.
