Tropical fruits abound with citrus and a hint of green apple. This Chardonnay is textural with plenty of tropical fruit flavours cut through with lemon citrus. Oyster shell and a mineral note is refelective of the Waitaki region.

Grapes were handpicked. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation with lees stirring. 9 months in French oak. 19% new.
