Vibrant pink hues. Plum and cherry fruits on the nose. The same flavours are carrying on the palate, with a talcum powder texture, fresh and lively acidity in balance. Mint and chamomile add spice and complexity to the overall fresh, dry and fruity expression.

Whole Bunch pressed. Inoculated with Cultured yeast Fermentation in Stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 7 months.
