The Dragon’s Blood Shiraz has rich aromas of olives, dark chocolate and sweet ripe plum fruits with intriguing earth and spice notes. Subtle oak is well integrated on the nose and palate adding complexity and depth to the wine. It is a rich and full-bodied wine finishing with classic McLaren Vale fruit sweetness and fine, elegant tannins.
