Gil Family Estates Honoro Vera Rosado Rosé 2020 (Spain)
- Red berries
- Watermelon
- Crisp & refreshing
This beautiful salmon-coloured rosé shows hints of watermelon rind on the nose. The palate is bright and crisp with red fruit and berry notes including strawberry, cherry and finishes again with watermelon. A crisp and refreshing Rosé with a mineral edge and a long, dry finish reminiscent of Provençal style.
This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. It was made using a combination of direct pressing and the saignée method and vinified in steel tanks. The juice is then allowed to ferment alone at a low temperature (18-20°C/65-68°F) to preserve the maximum aroma.
