Gotham Langhorne Creek Shiraz 2020 (Australia)

Gotham Langhorne Creek Shiraz 2020 (Australia)

  • Plum & red currant
  • Chocolate & spice
  • Subtle nectarine
  • Soft tannins

"Beautifully ripe and youthfully expressed, the bouquet shows dark plum, raspberry, dried herb and almond characters, followed by a succulent palate offering medium-full-body and silky texture, leading to a nicely rounded finish. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2022

Aromas of plum, red currant and hints of nectarine combine seemlessly with a rich palate of dark cherry, chocolate and spice. Full and round with soft tannins and excellent length, this is a wine that will be enjoyed from the backyard BBQ to dinner at your favourite café.

Gotham wines takes its name from the mystical name for New York City. It was the America writer Washington Irving who first named New York 'Gotham' in his 1807 periodical, The Salmagundi. Dark, rich, complex and mysteryious - just like New York City and just the way we like it!

Food Pairing: Your favourite steak.
