Gracias a Dios Espadin Mango Mezcal (700ml)
Handmade with mangos from the coasts of Oaxaca. Its primary aromas are noticeably frutal, undoubtedly of ripe and sweet 'mango petacon'. In its secondary aromas, dairies can be perceived such as yogurt or a creamy ice cream.
The Mezcal is clean, bright and of an apparently viscous texture. It is transparent but with a faint opacity. In its olfactory Fase, its aromatic intensity is mild and mango is strongly perceived. In taste, the tropical mango flavour gives a feeling of sweetness, even though it is a dry Mezcal of low alcoholic perception. It seems as if the sugar masks the acidity that is present but low. In the aftertaste, a rich vanilla essence appears. Its body is viscous and it would appear as if one had a bite of custard due to its sweet and perfumed flavours. The permanence in mouth and glass is short. This Mezcal's characteristics are balanced in a medium-low level, therefore, we consider it to be a highly accepted which makes its tasting easier, also including the notable presence of mango flavour.
Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled to reduce the sweetness sensation. Due to its versatility, we recommend promotion in bars and restaurants for mixology.
