Soft blush. Rose water, lychee and strawberry shortcake. Raspberry, redcurrant strawberry cream, juicy acidity, dry with length.

Made from 100% organic Pinot Noir. Sourced from vineyards in the Waihopi Valley with Abel clone fruit the soils present a mixture of stone, clay and silt on an elevated, sun-drenched site.
A slightly unsettled but warm growing season was measured with excellent viticultural care that delivered stunning grapes to the winery.
Grapes were hand picked and whole-bunch pressed with a small amount for colour. Inoculated with organic yeast which completed a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Minimum SO2 was added just before bottling.
Food Pairing: Perfect with a charcuterie platter. Cheeses - manchego for its sweet, fruity flavour or munster for its creamy nuttiness. Maple roasted almonds.
