Kim Crawford Hawke's Bay Rosé 2024

Kim Crawford Hawke's Bay Rosé 2024

Pale pink. Clean ripe lifted red berry aromas of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. This is a vibrant, fresh rose, brimming with red berry flavours, balanced acidity and a rounded mouth feel with a hint of sweet strawberries on the finish.

Scale_-_Dry

Kim Crawford wines started out in a small Auckland cottage in New Zealand. Since its launch in 1996, the label has gained critical acclaim around the globe. We do things unconventionally, take risks, start things, and welcome different.

Although the harvest was smaller than anticipated, the 2024 vintage is being hailed as exceptional across Hawkes Bay. Favorable weather conditions allowed the vines to ripen perfectly, free from disease pressure. This resulted in excellent ripeness, with wines showcasing impressive flavor intensity and depth.

The grapes were harvested, destemmed and gently crushed direct to press with minimal skin contact. The clarified juice was cool fermented with selected yeast strains to maximise the aromatic qualities and retain the primary varietal characters.

Pairs well with fresh seafood, a summer goats cheese, rocket and nectarine salad,
topped with a few strawberries, or grilled vegetables.
