This beautiful pale Rosé captures the essence of Central Otago in a glass. Fragrant with rose petals, cherry blossom, strawberries, pomegranate, watermelon and hints of nougat and honeysuckle. Rich and yet fresh on the palate with good acidity and hints of white peach, vanilla and toffee. Well balanced with a long and pretty finish showing apricots and mineral notes. The 2024 vintage crafted a pretty pale pink with clear hues. Serve this wine chilled, between 8 - 12 degrees Celcius.
