Vermentino on skins - peach, iced tea and super refreshing.
Koerner Wine was established in 2014 with the intent to make unique wine from the Clare Valley. The wines are mainly produced from our family vineyard, Gullyview. We also source fruit from neighbouring vineyards, Parish and Vivian. All fruit is grown within a 750m radius. With a focus on fruit quality and transparent winemaking, our wines are textural and approachable, light, fresh, and ultimately easy drinking.
Gullyview Vineyard, Watervale. Terra Rossa, red clay on limestone. Hand harvested and sorted in vineyard.
Natural ferment in open top steel fermenters, hand plunged twice daily. Free run and pressings combined. Settled off gross lees for 7 days. Steel for 7 months. Unfiltered and unfined.
