La Belle Angèle Syrah 2024 (France)

La Belle Angèle Syrah 2024 (France)

With a deep purple-red color, this Syrah delivers delicate aromas of black and red wild berries. On the palate, it also reveals floral hints of violet. This cuvée is appreciated for both its finesse and its crunchiness.

La Belle Angèle is a collection of Vins de France that celebrates the French art de vivre with freshness and elegance. Inspired by the carefree spirit of the Roaring Twenties, it offers a range of approachable, fruity, and appealing varietal wines. With its vibrant world blending retro charm and contemporary freshness, the brand speaks to a new generation of consumers seeking authenticity and instant enjoyment.

Syrah is a late-ripener and a rather vigorous grape variety. When handled well, it produces the silkiest of wines, with a remarkable finesse of tannins and intensity of color and aromas. Syrah prefers climates with cool nights and fully sunny days.

The winemaking process starts with cold maceration on the skins, prior to fermentation. The time in vinification tanks is kept short as the focus is the purity of the fruit. Our Syrah is aged in vats for 4 to 6 months before it is prepared for bottling.

Food Pairing: This Syrah will pair beautifully with a Vitello tonnato, falafels or a roasted duck. Try it for dessert, with a chocolate fondant.
