Lindsay Wine Estate Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 (Australia)

Lindsay Wine Estate Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 (Australia)

Displaying exceptional depth and strength, coupled with understated gracefulness. It’s elegant beguiling nose cascades into an intriguing palate of earthy, redcurrant, medium bodied bursts of flavour which coat the palate from back to front with an exceptional weight. The chalklike tannins are soft now as the restrained power and complexity of the wine provides it with the ability to age with dignity over the next 15 years.

Lindsay Wine Estate is named after the great Australian artist Sir Lionel Lindsay. Lindsay’s works admired the early Australian pioneers who explored and worked the land. With two distinct ranges to choose from, Lindsay Wine Estate has a special wine for every occasion to suit every kind of buyer. All of their wines are made at our Barossa Valley winery, with their premium range being crafted from grapes grown exclusively on their own estate.

14 days, open fermenter (2 days cold soaked), 28 months seasoned French & American oak hogsheads (20% new French Oak).

Food Pairing: Delicious with mustard crusted rack of lamb.
