Light pink in the glass with coral hues. Complex and fruity, reminiscent of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. Harmoniously balanced with sweetness and a firm, fresh finish. A very elegant Rosé!
100% Castelão grapes grown in the Cheleiros region of Lisbon in clay-limestone soils.
Grapes are maceratred prior to fermentaiton in a neutral environment under a controlled temperature (12°C). The wine is then clarified. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel under controlled temperatures of 14-16°C, followed by 4 months maturation in stainless steel to preserve the flavours.
Dry style, with out 1.2g of residual sugar.
Food Pairing: Light starters like sushi, seafood, fish, pasta or salads.
