With vibrant aromas of fresh raspberries and tropical fruit, the palate displays flavours of ripe gooseberries and subtle nuances of lime zest. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence.
These grapes were sourced from some of Marlborough’s finest vineyard sites where the grapes enjoy ideal growing conditions, warm days, cool nights and low rainfall.
Grapes were special selected and machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They then spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate amount of light strawberry colour seen in the bottle, then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
Food Pairing: Ideal served chilled as an aperitif or with fresh seafood.
