This Sauvignon Blanc Blush is pale pink in colour with fresh and vibrant aromas of strawberry and juicy watermelon. Summer fruits carry on through the palate with flavours of lush watermelon, red berries, and an indication of blackcurrant on the finish.
Fruit for this elegant blush Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Marlborough region of New Zealand. The fruit was carefully selected once ripe and carted directly to our winery where the separate varietals were carefully pressed and fermented in cool stainless-steel tanks. The Pinot Noir portion of this delicious went through a full malolactic fermentation.
Food Pairing: This summer sipper is vegan friendly and pairs beautifully with most fresh salads and poultry.
