This wine has a warm ripe apricot character with lifted acidity, scented white peach and honeysuckle and finishing with a soft, fat warm mouth-filling character of immediate appeal.
Sirius is the brightest star visible from earth. Sirius White is predominantly Chardonnay with a whisper of Viognier, Marsanne and Vermentino. A blend from Millton's biodynamic Estate vineyards in the Gisborne wine growing district.
Food Pairing: This is a versatile food wine, particularly suitable with seafood, cheeses and Summer salads.

This gorgeous wine is a blend of Malbec grown at Te Arai, Syrah grown at Opou and Viognier grown at Riverpoint. There is dark leather and black pepper with a tingling aroma of lifted spice, unique to this wine and its own natural surroundings. The taste is dense and alive with mint, chocolate, Asian spice, and warmth of feather pillow for a fatigued head.
Grown biodynamically using special herbal, mineral and animal preparations and with compassion for the laws of nature. Unfined and bottled on the property, without filtration. With time a harmless deposit may form.
Suitable for vegetarian and vegan enjoyment.
