Mud House South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 (Australia)

Mud House South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 (Australia)

"It's sweetly fruited and immediately appealing with dark plum, ripe strawberry, roasted nut and subtle spice aromas on the nose. The palate delivers succulent fruit flavours with supple texture and rounded tannins, making it friendly and delightfully drinkable. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2023

"The bouquet immediately suggests ripe blackberries and baked plums, a soft tobacco and oak quality. On the palate a dry wine with fine mealy tannins, plenty of acidity to carry the flavours of dark berries, some clove and vanilla pod. Well made, fresh, balanced, harmonious and ready to drink from day of purchase through end of summer 2026" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Jun 2023

Deep violet. Ripe aromas of black currant, mulberry and vanilla bean are complemented by a hint of sweet spice. A medium full bodied wine with rich and ripe cassis and spicy plum flavours. Beautifully structured, this wine has fine tannins and a lovely, long finish.

The Riverland region of South Australia has a climate that is well suited to grape growing. Warm summer days and plenty of sunshine contributes to the development of gorgeous ripe fruit flavours.
