"Bright, even, pale peach pink. The nose is gently full, with aromas of red fruit, stonefruit, spice and hints of minerals. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pomegranate, red berry and peach melded with spice and floral notes and flow on a fine-textured mineral thread, leaving a silky veil on the palate. Salmon color, young, intense and attractive aroma. In the mouth it is a beautiful surprise, due to the freshness of the acidity, structure and elegant finish. Very ready to drink, although it can be kept for a year. Serve at 8°C to brighten up everyday meals.

Crushing with destemming, without skin maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18°C.
