With an intense straw-yellow colour, this wine has a fresh and citrusy nose with scents of nettle and mint. On the palate displays great sapidity, freshness and persistence.
After destemming, the grapes are pressed softly; the juice is left to ferment at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C for approximately 15 days. AGed in stainless steel vats.
Food Pairing: excellent with citrus risotto, seafood dishes, shellfish and marinated raw fish.
