No8 Hibiscus Gin is a blend of Asian spices & Aotearoa natives give this natural ruby color & sugar free taste.  On the nose we have mandarin, yuzu lime, orange bitter, cinnamon. On tasting, sweetness from the gorse flower foraged by us, the spices rub your cheeks from the inside eventually giving way to the exotic tartness of passionfruit, ginger and hibiscus.

Pairing well with Elderflower or Yuzu Tonic.
