Cherry & spice mix is stewed in the oven for 2 hours to create a jam blend of bloomed spices and caramelised cherries. Cold brew coffee gives a chocolate finish and adds tannins. Murray River salt provides salinity and creates a moorish sensation. Verjuice from Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley impart acidity and there is no added sugars. 

Food Pairing: Delicious when paired with charcuterie, stuffed mushrooms and dark chocolate.
