Ocho is the first tequila to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the family grew agaves were sourced.

Each batch comes from a different field or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place.

Since the agaves take about 8 years to grow, that field will not yield another vintage for at least 8 years, making each vintage uniquely collectable. Ocho is made carefully in small quantities the artisanal way of times past.
