A Rosé wine of pale pink with beautiful aromas of ripe blackcurrants and crushed herbs, the palate is dry and fresh with a long and lingering finish.
Blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grapes grown in Marlborough in vineyards with the perfect conditions to attain optimum fresh and ripe flavours the grapes are harvested at night to keep them cool and then kept on their skins for several hours to extract the soft pink colour. Fermentation is in 100% stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.
Food Pairing: Drink anytime but especially as an aperitif of with your favourite fish and green salad.
