Opawa Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on selected stony sites in close proximity to the winery. The handpicked fruit is gently de-stemmed and left to soak on skins for a short period of time to release the colour before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled in July 2021.
