Beautiful Pinot Noir Rosé, sourced solely from our low-yielding coastal Awatere estate with a very strong focus on achieving the right fruit at harvest time — late picking to guarantee optimal flavour components.

For this vintage, beautifully ripe Marlborough Pinot Noir grapes were gently crushed and passed to a temperature-controlled stainless-steel tank. The juice was then “bled” from the tank and we began a cool fermentation to retain all the bright berry flavours and crispness to create a signature style for our Limited Release Pinot Noir Rosé.
