Dark ruby red, with aromas of blackberries, blueberries and plum, balanced with the softness of light oak, vanilla and dark chocolate. On the palate, smooth tannins, full body and a very long finish.

Paloma is the result of the selection of the best vineyards of La Mancha, and carefully picked grapes, and pasion for winemaking. A Tempranillo like no other. A modern classic.

100% Tempranillo grapes grown on vines 25+ years old on Spanish plateau.

Grapes were harvested in early October, cold macerated at 5ºC for 48 hours the fermented at 24-28ºC for 12-18 days. The wine was aged for 4 months in French oak.
