Lifted notes of white stone fruits, honeydew melon and a touch of warm roasted nuts give way to a complex and textured palate. Characters of fresh pear and delicious golden apple notes. Harvested from Gimblett Gravels in late March 2024. 50% of the pressed juice was fermented with cultured yeast in tank, whilst the other 50% was fermented wild in aged French oak barrels with a short maturation term on yeast lees before blending in July.

Sourced from our famous Gimblett Gravels vineyard our 2024 Pinot Gris is a lovely subtle wine with layers of aromatics and flavours. With a bright and fresh mouthfeel and an enticing weight to the mid palate due to the barrel portion this is wine that is sure to please.
