Sensi Vin Santo del Chianti 2018 (Italy) (500ml)
It boasts an intense amber color and a pleasant fragrance of dried fruit with hints of honey and a sweet and velvety taste.

It is produced according to the ancient Tuscan tradition with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes. This Vin Santo is born after drying on mats and a long period in small barrels known as "caratelli”.
The grapes accurately selected are dried over mats in special rooms monitored to allow the grapes to reach a sugar content of no less than 26%. After December 1st, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must so obtained is placed in wood tanks with a capacity not exceeding 5 hectoliters, also known as “caratelli” where slow fermentation and aging begin to bestow the final elegant and unique aroma that makes this wine so famous.
Food Pairing: It is ideal both as an aperitif and to be paired with traditional desserts like Cantucci.
