Refreshing light lemon and lime fruit characters abound in the glass. This very drinkable Riesling is justy packed with spicy, rich and intoxicating flavours, a real treat to linger over a glass with friends, the balance of acidity leaving you wanting more.
A slow cool fermentation held at 13 degrees over 3 weeks is th esecret to the delicate balance in this wine, as well as separate fermentations from various portions of the grape juice that are separated during this pressing stage. At harvest these portions will differ slightly in acid subar and phenolics. These portions are tasted and blended by the winemakers to find the right balanced blend prior to bottling.
These wines are expressive with stunning fruit concentration and a character that reflects the soils and purity of the environment in which the grapes are grown. Stoney Range wines are classic with a modern twist and immediately enjoyable.
