Pale straw in colour, this wine shows lifted Nashi pear and gala apple characters, with background topical guava and pineapple notes. The palate is lively and crisp with intense Nashi pear, apple strudel and spicy flavours, complemented by a well-balanced acid structure.

As Winemakers, we are able to capture the natural early ripening characteristics of the Rapaura sub-region appellation, harvesting the grapes early with a full flavour profile to make a range of wines that are 25% lower in alcohol.
Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect aperitif, to be enjoyed with appetisers or lighter seafood dishes. The wine’s fresh flavour profile is also well matched with Asian salads and exotic spices.
