The 2021 growing season was warm and exceptionally dry in Hawkes Bay, allowing ripe fruit to be harvested at perfect ripeness and with excellent flavours. Gentle handling of the fruit has ensured a lovely pale pink colour and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks has created a refreshing and vibrant wine.
Food Pairing: Best served chilled and enjoyed on warm summer days with fresh alfresco fare. Particularly perfect with smoked salmon and seafood.
