Peaches and cream on the nose with a hint of liquorice and spice. On the palate there’s a tropicana party with pineapple, mango and passionfruit. A smooth tannin structure gives the wine weight and length. Drink slightly chilled with friends, or even people you don’t really know.

100% Central Otago Pinot Gris grapes. Hand harvested on the 5 April 2022 from the Cromwell basin, de-stemmed and fermented on skins. No temperature control for 31 days. Pressed then aged in either French oak or stainless steel for 6 months before being racked. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with sulphur added (17ppm).
