Delicate aromas of cherry blossom and watermelon. This elegant pale pink Rosé has a fruit driven style with flavours of fresh strawberry and a long delicate finish. A fresh and lively summer wine, to enjoy chilled on a summer’s day.
The fruit was sourced from selected vineyard sites in Malborough capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity before the sugar levels became too high. It was then machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The grapes spent just a few hours on skins to extract the lovely colour of pale pink, then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fresh fruit flavours.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or great with fresh seafood.
