The fruit for our Second Blend 2023 Pinot Gris are from vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau and Omaka Valleys. The grapes were carefully harvested during the cool morning hours and gently pressed at the winery. The juice underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at lower temperatures to preserve the delicate fruit fragrances. Before blending, the wine was aged on light lees to enhance its creamy texture and complexity. After blending and stabilization, it was meticulously bottled.
