An elegant Rosé made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grapes. This wine has a lifted nose showing heady raspberry aromas and touches of red pepper spice. The palate bursts with blackcurrant and refreshing grapefruit notes, and a hint of lime zest with a mouth watering finish.
The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the evening when the fruit was at peak maturity. The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate colour then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an al fresco aperitif. Perfect for drinking now, This Rosé will continue to drink well over the next 2-3 years.
