Just like the wishbone tradition, this 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Rosé has been crafted with a similar magic from vineyard to bottle. With grapes sourced from the Marlborough region, this summer delight showcases fresh and juicy watermelon characters with ripe summer pears, and subtle raspberry notes.
In the vineyard, the grapes were monitored and harvested at peak flavor from select vineyards, including Pinot Noir and Malbec.
Our winemaking experts processed and pressed the grapes, extracting delicate colour from the skins, the juice was fermented in separate cool stainless-steel tanks before the malbec portion underwent a full malolactic fermentation. The final wines were blended together to create magic in a bottle – Our 2023 Wishbone Rosé.
