This Gewürtztraminer (Gewürtz) shows delightful aromas of citrus and elderflower, with pineapple, white peach and turkish delight on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

Ripe handpicked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine.

The fruit was gently pressed, and the juice was inoculated with a selected wine yeast. The fermentation was stopped early to retain the perfect balance between fruit, acid and sweetness.
